Start with people.
Observe the real experience, ask better questions, and find the need beneath the obvious request.
Ventures / Selected work
I’m drawn to businesses where product, operations, brand, and human experience meet. These ventures reflect an entrepreneurial point of view grounded in real customers and everyday execution.

The work behind the work
For me, entrepreneurship is practical. It is listening at the counter, noticing friction in a process, helping the team through a busy service, and returning the next day with a better way.
The ambition is bigger than opening doors. It is to create brands people remember, operations teams can believe in, and experiences that earn trust one visit at a time.

A Calgary food concept focused on fresh, satisfying food and a guest experience built with care.
Joy’s Grill represents the practical side of entrepreneurship: translating an idea into operations, shaping a distinctive identity, building a team, listening to guests, and improving the experience one detail at a time.

A celebration of Kolkata street-food culture, created for a new home in Calgary.
The idea is personal: carry the energy, bold flavour, and warmth of Kolkata into an experience that feels authentic and welcoming in Canada—without losing the character that makes the food meaningful.

How I build
Observe the real experience, ask better questions, and find the need beneath the obvious request.
Turn insight into a clear promise, a focused experience, and an operating model the team can deliver.
Launch thoughtfully, listen to evidence, and improve the details that compound into trust.
THE BUILDER’S PRINCIPLE
“Start close to the problem.
Stay close to the people.”
