When the destination is clear, planning is easy. The interesting work begins when you can see the direction but not the route.

In those moments, I return to three questions: What do I know? What can I test? What is the smallest useful outcome I can create this week? These questions reduce ambition into motion without reducing its importance.

Momentum compounds. One conversation reveals a better problem. One customer response changes the offer. One operational improvement creates room for the next idea. The path becomes visible because you are walking it.

The goal is not constant speed. It is continuity—maintaining a relationship with the work even when progress is quiet.
